The objective of the project is to integrate the environment to architecture, to create a wor– thy and of Nature. The project was born from the view of the natural landscape, the fascinat– ing rocky coasts entering the sea, dallle jagged rocks, rocky dalleforme. Budva is one of the most important tourist cities, Becici is one of the most famous beaches of Montenegro and is only 2 km from the town of Budva. The project is especially interesting in this context and according to the will of the client aims to become the symbol of the city. The design approach of the study Me– mar part from a careful analysis of essential and consider the interview with the principal to know the sensitivities and expectations. Memar The study is characterized by its approach to sustain– able design and theme. Pharus The hotel aims to offer maximum comfort and the best services required by customers today. At the same time wants to remain an exception from the context, so some rooms are also available for the nation– ality. His inclusion in the full context is also the sense of adaptation and dialogue between cus– tomers and the local people in order to create a feeling of “familiarity” with the place and with people that trigger positive emotions of affec– tion, desire to remain a long ( permanent resi– dence), back, feeling “at home”. This feeling of subsidiary believed to be a winning strategy for a new type of tourism. The objective is to devel– op tourism in the winter sea; tourism business, tourism households; exclusive tourism. These el– ements can coexist without disturbing. The hotel concept for its design and technology does not require the use of air conditioning. Through the use of advanced technology systems integrated with each other (photovoltaic, geothermal, heat exchange) can say that it is possible to achieve 70% energy savings. Obiettivo del progetto è quello di integrare l’ambiente all’architettura, di creare quindi un’architettura degna della Natura. L’idea del progetto nasce dalla vista del paesaggio natu- rale, dalle affascinanti coste rocciose che pen- etrano nel mare, dallle frastagliate rocce, dalle- forme rocciose. Budva è tra le città turistiche più importanti, Becici è una delle spiagge più famose del Montenegro e dista solo 2 km dalla città di Budva. Il progetto si inserisce in questo interessante contesto e secondo la volontà del committente punta a diventare simbolo della città. L’approccio progettuale dello studio Me- mar parte da un’attenta analisi dell’esistente e considera indispensabile il colloquio con il com- mittente al fine di conoscerne la sensibilità e le aspettative. Lo studio Memar si caratterizza per il suo approccio sostenibile al progetto e alla tematica. L’albergo Pharus intende offrire mas- simo comfort e i migliori servizi oggi richiesti dai clienti. Allo stesso tempo non vuole rimanere un elemento escluso dal contesto, per cui alcuni suoi ambienti sono usufruibili anche dalla citta- dinanza. Questo suo pieno inserimento nel con- testo favorisce anche il senso di adattamento e dialogo tra clienti e persone del luogo, al fine di creare un sentimento di “familiarità” col luogo e con le persone che innesca emozioni positive di affezione, desiderio di rimanere a lungo (sog- giorno permanente), ritorno, sentimento “di casa”. Questo sentimento di filiazione crediamo sia una strategia vincente per un tipo di turismo
innovativo. L’obiettivo è quello di sviluppare an- che il turismo di mare invernale; turismo busi- ness, turismo di famiglie; turismo esclusivo. Questi elementi possono convivere senza dis- turbarsi. L’albergo per il suo concept progettuale e soluzioni tecnologiche non richiede l’utilizzo di aria condizionata. Attraverso l’utilizzo di avanza- ti sistemi tecnologici integrati fra loro (fotovol- taico, geotermico, scambio di calore) possiamo affermare che è possibile raggiungere il 70% di risparmio energetico. Preferenze per la ventilazione e illuminazione naturale.
